The Prison Printing Department now

undertakes the printing of important publications

such as Departmental Reports; it will also print

the new edition of the Regulations of Hong Kong

now in preparation.

Should your approval be forthcoming, I

propose, subject to the approval of the Legislative

Council, that Mr. Didsbury be placed on the new

scale at the £510 level on the 1st January, 1938.
